Richard Brodeur started this tournament in 2000
to enable himself
and his 1982 teammates to support their former coach Roger
Neilson
in his battle against leukemia. Proceeds from the first year were
sent
to the Leukemia Research Fund of Canada.
Each year since we have supported
many hardworking and worthy charities in our community.
The more we can raise, the more we can help out in our
